Abstract: H S with the concentration of 0-20 ppm is measured by integrating the off-axis

integrated cavity output spectroscopy and laser modulation absorption spectroscopy technique.
Off-axis laser injection technique is used to solve the problem of cavity mode matching. And the
devices, like piezo, is saved. The detection sensitivity is improved by combining the two
techniques. The experiment indicates that the measurement repetition is up to 0.303 ppm ( )
with the measurement range of 0-20 ppm, and that the linearity error is less than ±1% F.S.. It
meets the detection requirement of minor H2S in petrolchemical and shipping of natural gas.
