术前访视方案对腹部手术负性情绪影响的对比研究 【摘要】目的 探讨分析术前访视方案对腹部手术负性情绪的临床影响。方法 选取我院2012年6月-2013年6月收治的126例实行腹部手术的患者为研究对象，将其随机平均分为A组和B组，各63例，A组患者单纯给予术前访视，B组患者给予术前访视并根据患者心理特点进行心理干预，观察两组患者负面情绪状况。结果 两组患者接受访视后，焦虑程度及抑郁程度均有所下降，但B组患者下降更明显，且在访视完成后，B组患者焦虑及抑郁评分明显较A组低，差异均具有统计学意义（p0.05）。结论 术前访视时给予心理干预能有效改善腹部手术患者的负性情绪，有效缓解患者围手术期焦虑及抑郁的情绪，临床效果较好，值得临床应用推广。 【关键词】术前访视；心理干预；腹部手术；负性情绪 Comparative study of preoperative interview on negative emotional impact of abdominal operation [Abstract] Objective To analyze the clinical effect of preoperative visit on abdominal operation negative emotions.Methods in our hospital in 2012 June -2013 year in June 126 cases of the patients after abdominal operation were as the research object, randomly divided into A group and B group, each 63 cases, patients in group A treated with preoperative interview, group B patients were given preoperative interview and psychological intervention according to the psychological characteristics of the patients with the two groups were observed, negative emotional state.Results two patients accept interview, degree of anxiety and depression were decreased, but the patients in group B decreased more obviously, and the visit is completed, the B group of patients with anxiety and depression score was significantly lower than that of A group, the differences were statistically significant (p0.05).Conclusion the preoperative visits with psychological intervention can improve the negative emotion of patients with abdominal operation, effectively alleviate the patients in peri operation period of anxiety and depression, the clinical effect is good, worthy of clinical application.
