Based on the thermodynamics simulat ion research of tw opass deformation, w hich was conducted at strain rate 001s- 1 and tem perature range 1200 ~ 1150 , 1100 ~ 1050 , and 1000 ~ 950 respectively , the flow stress curves of 30Cr2Ni4MoV under the production condition of heavy forging w as obtained. T he critical conditions of dynamic recrystallization and the micro structure control were studied.
