理想教师形象及其现实建构 摘 要 教师形象是教师综合素养的外在表现在人们头脑中形成 的印象或评价，具有高度的示范性和教育性。理想教师形象反 映教师职业的社会价值期待，它具有很强的时代性、民族性和 社会制约性。本文在解读教师形象基本内涵的基础上，调查分 析了当前中小学教师、学生和家长三类群体对理想教师形象的 认知。同时，以社会快速发展和教育改革日益深化的现实诉求 为依托，汲取中国传统教师形象和国外现代教师形象的有益成 份，总结出新时期理想教师形象的基本特质：得体的仪表仪态； 现代的教育理念；开放的知识结构；精湛的教育技巧；健康的 心理品质；高度的敬业精神与良好的人格魅力等。并藉此提出 理想教师形象的建构策略，力图为当前的教育改革和教师教育 理论与实践的发展及教师素质的全面提高提供有力的依据。 关键词：教师形象；理想教师形象；基本特质；现实建构 Ideal Images of Teachers and The Practical Building Abstract Images of teachers are impression or appraisal formed in the brains by exterior performance of teachers’ comprehensive qualities with great significance in example and education. Ideal images of teachers reflect the social value expectation toward the vocation as teacher with conspicuous characteristic of times, nationality and social restriction. This essay investigated and analyzed the cognition on ideal teachers’ images of primary and middle school teachers, students and parents on the basis of interpreting the radical connotation of teachers’ images. Meanwhile, it abstracted the beneficial ingredients from China traditional and modern foreign images of teachers according to the practical requirements originated from the rapid social development and the deepening educational reform, then summarized the essential traits of ideal teachers’ images in new stage, which are proper appearance and deportment ；modern educational concept; open knowledge structure; proficient educational skills; healthy mental character; intense dedicated spirit and good personality glamour.
