内 容 提 要
本文以建设有中国特色社会主义理论为指导，结合我
国现代化建设的实际，对加强和改善我国行政管理现代化
建设作了初步的分析，针对如何加强行政管理现代化建设
的问题，进行了粗浅的探讨。全文分为三个部分：
第一部分，对行政管理、行政管理现代化等基本理论进
行了阐述；并通过对行政管理现代化的概念分析，揭示了行
政管理现代化对推动整个社会现代化进程所具有的重要意
义。
第二部分，具体分析我国行政管理现代化建设所取得
的初步绩效和存在的主要问题。
第三部分，提出了改善和加强我国行政管理现代化建
设的基本途径。
