SALES CONFIRMATION NO.: Date: The Sellers: The Buyers: The undersigned Sellers and Buyers have agreed to close the following transactions according to the terms and conditions Stipulated below: COMMODITY AND SPECIFICATION QUANTITY UNIT PRICE TERMS AMOUNT TOTAL VALUE: SHIPMENT: PORT OF LOADING: DESTINATION: INSURANCE: TERMS OF PAYMENT: REMARKS: TERMS: 1、Reasonable tolerance in quality,weigh,measurements,designs and colours is allowed, for which no claims will be entertained. 2、Buyers are to assume full responsibilities for any consequences arising from:(a)the use of special packing,designs or pattern made to order:(b)late submission of specifications or any other details necessary for the execution of this Sales Confirmation:(c)ate establishment of L/C,(d)ate amendment to L/C inconsistent with the provisions of this Sales Confirmation. 3、Sellers are not responsible for late or non delivery in the event of orce majeure or any contingencies beyond Sellers control. 4、Claims, if any, concerning the goods shipped should be filed within 30 days after arrival at destination. 5、All disputes in connection with this contract or the execution thereof shall be settled by negotiation between two parties. If no settlement can be reached,the case in dispute shall be submitted for arbitration in the country of defendant in accordance with the arbitrartion regulations of the arbitration organization of the defendant country.
