分类号 学 号 学士学位论文 水龙头注塑工艺与模具设计 学科门类： 机械类 学位申请人： 韩 彪 隶属系部： 机电工程系 指导教师： 黄胜 讲师 申请日期： 2014年6 月 摘要 塑料制品在日常社会中得到广泛利用，模具技术己成为衡量一个国家产品制造水平的重要标志之一。塑料制品成形的方法虽然很多，但最主要的方法是注塑成形，世界塑料模具市场中塑料成形模具产量中约半数是注塑模具。近年来，我国工业的高速发展对模具工业，对塑料模具提出了越来越高的要求。 塑料制品的成型，可以一次成型形状复杂的精密塑件。本课题就是将塑料水龙头作为设计注射成型是塑料成型的一种重要方法，它主要适用于热塑性塑料模型，将注射模具的相关知识作为依据，阐述塑料注射模具的设计过程。 本设计的主要任务是研究水龙头的成型技术并且设计出注塑模具，其结构特点是侧浇口形式的单分型面注射模，具有侧向抽芯及圆弧抽芯，在随后的设计中，利用CAD软件对塑件进行了实体造型，对塑件结构进行了工艺分析，明确设计思路，确定注射成型工艺过程并对各个具体部分进行详细的计算和校核，以确保设计出的结构使模具工作运用可靠，保证与其他部件的配合。最后用autoCAD绘制一套模具装配图和零件图。 关键词：塑料水龙头；注塑模具；注射成型；单分型面；圆弧抽芯 The tap injection molding process and mold design Abstract Plastic products is widely used in everyday society, technology of mould has become to measure a country one of the important symbol of the levels of product manufacturing. Although a lot of plastic forming method, but the main method is to plastic injection forming, the plastic mold market in plastic forming mold production is about half of the injection mould. In recent years, with the rapid development of industry in our country to the mold industry, puts forward higher and higher requirements for plastic mould. Injection molding is a kind of important method of plastic molding, it is mainly suitable for thermoplastic plastic molding, can be a complicated shape of precision plastic forming parts. As a design model, this topic is to plastic faucet will injection mold related knowledge as the basis, elaborated the design of plastic injection mould process. This designs main task is to study the molding technology of faucet and design the injection mold and its structure is characterized by side gate in the form of a single parting surface injection mould, with side core-pulling and arc core pulling, and in the subsequent design, solid model is studied by using CAD software for plastic parts, process of plastic parts structure analysis, a clear design
