We analyse the correc- / h p tion to this approximation for the inclusive decays into a polarized J/ , the - p correction is characterized by two matrix elements defined in HQET. For the e h : J/ we use NRQCD to parameterize the formation of the cc¯ pair into J/ . v i X Numerically the correction is remarkably large, it can be at the level of 30% r a and it is mainly due to the Fermi-motion of the b-quark. With this correc- tion we give a new determination for combinations of two NRQCD matrix elements. PACS numbers: 13.25.Hw, 14.40.Gx, 12.38.Bx, 13.85.Ni. Key Words: b-flavor decay, J/Ψ production, HQET, NRQCD. 1 Inclusive decay of a b-flavored hadron into a charmonium is an interesting process in the aspect that two effective theories derived from QCD are used to factorize nonperturbative effects. For the charmonium, because the relative velocity vc between the c- and ¯c-quark in
