Abstract: NLOS w s the m jor f ctor th t ffected cellul r netw ork loc tion precision. A new loc tion lgorithm
for BS selection w s proposed nd this lgorithm w s b sed on TDOA me surement . Firstly, w hether NLOS er
ror is included in me sured s mples is determined w ith the precondition th t the st nd rd devi tion of dist nce of
me sured s mples in NLOS environment is bigger th n th t in LOS environment . Secondly, tw o BSs cont ining
the sm llest NLOS error were chosen nd the LOS me surements w ere reconstructed. L stly three_BS lgorithm
is used to compute BS loc tion. Simul tion shows th t this lgorithm improves evidently the loc tion precision.
