Abstract ： Objective ：To observe the effect of tensile strength and preventing adhesion of the dried and low-tempratured amniotic membrane transplantation in repairing filtering blebs surgery. Methods: The dried and low-tempratured amniotic membrane was1 implanted on the conjunctivae of 3 patients (3 eyes) to repairing the fracted filtering blebs after trabeculectomy. After surgery, best corrected visual acuity, intraocular pressure and repaired filtering blebs were traced. Results ： 3 eyes required well anterior chamber after surgery. Postoperative intraocular pressures were between 10mmHg and 15mmHg in all patients. After 3-6 months following up, conjunctival epithetlial cells proliferated and grew well, and covered the defect of filtering blebs. The repaired filtering blebs were going well. Conclusions： The dried and low-tempratured amniotic membrane transplantation for repairing filtering blebs can effectively promote the growth of conjunctival eoithelial cells, and recover the filtration function of blebs. Key words ： Trabeculectomy Repairing filtering blebs surgery Human amniotic membrane 摘要：目的：观察低温干燥生物羊膜（江西省科学院住友生物工程技术有限公司提供）移植在滤过泡修补 术中的抗拉力、防粘连等作用。 方法：对 3 例(3 只眼)抗青光眼小梁切除术后滤过泡破裂的患者，利用低 温干燥羊膜移植进行滤过泡修补术，观察术后最佳矫正视力、眼压、滤过泡恢复情况等指标。 结果：3 只 眼术后均维持良好的前房深度，眼压控制在 10-15mmHg 之间。随访 3-6 个月，结膜上皮增生修复良好，覆 盖破损区，滤过泡功能恢复。 结论：利用低温干燥羊膜进行滤过泡修补，方便快捷，能有效的促进结膜上 皮生长，促进滤过泡的功能的恢复。 关键词：小梁切除术 滤过泡修补术 羊膜 小粱切除手术后滤过泡破裂是青光眼手术后的一种比较严重的并发症。主要表现为畏 光、流泪、视力下降、低眼压、浅前房、
