兰州医学院学报 2004 年 9 月第 30 卷第 3 期 　J Lanzhou Med Coll ,Sept 2004 ,Vol 30 , №3 ·13 · ·基础医学· 尸温与死亡时间关系的研究 王琼 　郎博娟 　孟祥志 　　【摘要】　目的 　通过测量动物死后不同时间段三个部位的温度 ,探讨尸温与死亡时间的关系。方法 　家兔被处死后 0 h 、1/ 2 h 、1 h 、2 h 、3 h 、4 h 、6 h 、8 h 、10 h 、12 h 、14 h 、16 h 和 24 h 测其肛温、月温和耳温。 结果 　尸体温度在最初的 4 小时内下降的快 , 以后缓慢下降直至与环境温度相等。肛温与死亡时间的回 归方程 :0～4 h 为 Y = 36 58 - 288X ,4～24 h 为 Y = 22 81 - 029X :肝温与死亡时间的回归方程 :0～4 h 为 Y = 35 37 - 312X ,4～24 h 为 Y = 21 59 - 025X :耳温与死亡时间的回归方程 :0～4 h 为 Y = 31 34 - ( ) ( ) 325X ,4～24 h 为 Y = 19 23 - 0 16X 。对以上方程进行失拟检验 ,肛温 0 ～4h 和肝温 4 ～24 h 与死亡 时间的回归方程拟和较好。结论 　推断死亡时间在 4 h 内测尸体的肛温较为准确;4h～24 h 之间测尸体 的肝温较可靠。 【关键词】　尸温 　　死亡时间 　　回归方程 The relation between the corpse temperature and the postmortem interval 　W A N G Qiong , L A N G Bojuan , M EN G Xian gz hi Facucty of Forensic Medicine , Medical College of W uhan U niversity , W uhan 430071 【Abstract 】　Objective 　To explore the relationship between the corpse temperature and the postmortem interval by measuring the temperatures of the corpse in different intervalsMethods 　Develop the animal mod el and measure the temperature of liver ,rectal ,and ear after rabbits were dead at 0h ,1/ 2 h ,1 h ,2 h ,3 h ,4 h , 6 h ,8 h ,10 h ,12 h ,14 h ,16 h and 24hResults 　In the first 4 hours the temperature of the body decreases greatly and then it drops gradually and slowlyThe regression formulae of rectal temperature : Y = 36 58 - ( ) ( ) 2 88X 0～4 h , Y = 2281 - 029X 4 ～24 h The regression formulae of liver temperature : Y = 35 37 - ( ) ( ) 312X 0～4 h , Y = 2159 - 025X 4 ～24 h The regression formulae of ear temperature : Y = 31 34 - ( )
