第23 节 收货区 23-1.00 GENERAL 23-1.00 总则 23-1.01 Designated Receiving area must be provided for food, laundry, housekeeping and maintenance supplies. 必须为食品、洗衣房、客房部和工程部用品提供指定的收货区。 23-1.02 A receiving office shall be located directly adjacent to the receiving/loading dock. 收货办公室应紧邻收货/卸货车位。 23-1.03 Provide a minimum of 120 sq. ft. (11m) for the receiving office. 收货办公室的面积至少应为11 平方米。 23-1.04 Receiving area must be designed to have a minimum of three (3) dock bays. Two bays are to be used for service vehicles and the third for the trash compactor/container. Provide a dock levers on the two bays used for service vehicles. 收货区必须设计为至少包括三(3)个卸车位。两个卸货车位用于服务车辆，第三个卸货车位用于垃圾压实机/垃圾箱。在用于服务车辆的两个卸货车位上提供一个登车桥。 23-1.05 Receiving area must be located for easy access for trucks and to minimize circulation conflict with public. 收货区的位置必须方便卡车进入，并应尽量减少与公共区之间的流线冲突。 23-1.06 Receiving areas must be screened from public view. Dense landscaping, earth berm, decorative fencing or other features must be used to screen view. 收货区不得出现在公共视线中。必须采用茂密的景观、护墙、装饰性栅栏或者通过其他方式来遮挡收货区。 23-1.07 Provide wash down capability at trash container area with adequate slope to trench drainage. 在垃圾箱区利用通往排水槽的坡度提供冲洗能力。 23-2.00 DOORS, WINDOWS and HARDWARE 23-2.00 门、窗和五金件 23-2.01 Provide a pair of 3‘-0‖ (0.9m) doors, as a minimum, from receiving area into hotel.
