Its growing course , internal structure , working proce dure , and behavior content demonstrated its role in the movement. It revealed the confidence crisis between the central re gime and the basic level political power , occupied and transferred the power , which compelled the latter to attach itself to the former than before , and then strengthened the central regime ’s control over the basic society. The “Four Cleanups ” Movement was not so much a
