摘 要 随着社会经济的发展，城镇化现象以前所未有的速度改变着城镇的面貌，历史文化 城镇的保护面临着巨大冲击。因此，在各级政府重视小城镇建设的情况下，在快速城镇 化进程中采取何种手段保护和发展历史文化城镇就成为一个现实的紧迫问题。历史文化 城镇的保护与发展应该是与社会、经济发展相联系和满足居民生活现代化要求的实践过 程。 本文以邯郸市广府古城为研究对象，在深入调查的基础上，结合历史文化城镇保护 的发展趋势，历史文化城镇植根于区域的思想，综合运用城市规划学、建筑学、历史学、 地理学、经济学、生态学等多学科知识，提出了在区域层面上解决历史文化城镇保护与 发展矛盾的思路。 本文由五部分组成： 第一部分，对研究的背景、研究的意义和目的、基本概念和理论基础、国内外相关 研究的发展动态、研究框架进行了简明的阐述。 第二部分，分析了广府古城的历史沿革、地理区位、总结了广府古城的自然环境、 人文环境、人工环境的特色。 第三部分，阐述了广府古城保护面临的问题，分析了建设新城的必要性和可行性。 提出了建设新城的两个方案以及如何协调新城和古城的关系，从而促进历史文化城镇的 可持续发展。 第四部分，从经济和基础设施两个方面分析了广府古城应如何发展。经济作为城市 运行的基础，应建立良好的经济发展模式。基于广府古城的现状，本文提出了发展旅游 业和文化产业为主的经济发展模式。基础设施是“社会先行资本”，本文对广府古城的 道路交通、电力、供水、燃气四个方面做了详尽的规划，以便于区域接轨，从而使古城 健康有序的发展。 最后一部分，结论部分，对全文进行了总结。 关键词：历史文化城镇 保护与发展 区域观 III Abstract Along with the social and economic development, urbanization changing the appearance of towns at an unprecedented rate, historic and cultural town’s protection faces a tremendous impact. Therefore, under the situation that all of the various levels government taking construction of small towns seriously, What means protection to adopt in speedy urbanization and develop historic and cultural town becomes a real and pressing issues. the historic and cultural towns should be protected and developed to satisfy the needs of the social development and the practice process of the modernization of the residents lives.
