摘要 经济的迅速发展使得社会需求日益增加，企业专业化生产也越来越 深入，在保证不降低物流服务水平的前提下如何有效降低物流成本是当 前企业关注的焦点之一。对于以服务为主的大型配送中心来说，这一问 题具有更重要的意义。在配送中心，拣货作业是核心环节，这一环节所 占人力、物力等成本又都很高。拣货效率的高低直接能够影响到整个配 送中心的工作效率，且拣货效率的高低可以由拣货路径或拣货时间的长 短来衡量，所以缩短拣货距离减少拣货所需时间非常关键。由于双曲型 仓库是典型的仓库布局形式，本文选取双曲型仓库作为研究对象进行深 入分析。 本文主要探讨拣货路径优化问题。考虑到拣货车承载量有限这一现 实，规划拣货路径时充分考虑这一限制条件。首先建立了拣货车容量受 限的拣货路径优化TSP模型，其次根据遗传算法的原理设计一种启发式 sual6．0 拣货路径优化算法，最后应用Vi C++程序对提出的算法进行仿 真实验，并将本文结果与其他学者的方法进行了分析比较，结果表明本 文提出的方法具有较强的合理性与实用性。本文提出的方法对提高拣货 效率，节约拣货成本具有一定参考价值。 关键字：拣货路径优化；基于GA的启发式算法；拣货车容量受限； lUll l lll l l l l llUll Uf Abstract Associaldemandbecomesmore andthe ofthe diversify specializedproduction becomesmore awatchfulon theservice keep eyeimproving enterprise deeply，enterprises levelwhile thecostof aservice—orienteddistributioncenter reducing logistics．For large to theirservicelevelismuchmore isthe pickingoperation improve important．Because in morethanhalfoftheentiredistribution core thedistribution costs operation center,and center affectsthe ofthewholedistribution cost，SO，pickingefficiencydirectly efficiency center．And ismeasuredthe of touror length pickingtime， pickingefficiency by picking thedistanceof touror timeis for therefore，shorten picking picking veryimportant
