摘 要 从我国目前高等教育的发展趋势来看，本科生导师制将成为新时期本科生教育培养 模式的一个大趋势。本科生导师制将对教师教书育人的要求具体化、制度化，有利于加 强高校学生思想教育工作，有利于学生确立个性化的成才目标，有利于提高高等教育整 体质量。目前，在全国范围内，已有170多所各层次、各类型的高校实施了本科生导师 制。本科生导师制的推广实施已经取得了一定的成就，但是从实践情况来看，大多数院 校本科生导师制仍处于初期探索阶段，在运行过程中还存在着不少问题，其深层次原因 在于本科生导师制中还存在不合理的因素。我们只有洞察到这些因素，才能找到恰当的 途径来优化本科生导师制，以确保其运行的规范性、有效性和有序性。 本文围绕我国高校本科生导师制的实施与优化这一中心问题，通过介绍现有高校本 科生导师制实施现状，分析存在的问题,对存在问题的原因进行探讨，试图对现行的本 科生导师制实施方案提出几点优化策略。 本文共分为五个部分。第一部分绪论论述了选题缘由和研究意义，综述和评析了国 内外本科生导师制的研究现状，并阐明了本文的研究思路和主要研究方法。第二部分对 本科生导师制的概念进行了界定，分析其实施的必要性。第三部分阐述了国内外高校本 科生导师制的发展历程。第四部分阐述了我国本科生导师制的实施现状，并在对河南大 学经济学院本科生导师制的实施情况做调查基础上，借鉴已有的调查研究结果，概括出 目前我国本科生导师制实施中存在的问题；最后，结合现行的本科生导师制实施方案， 分析现存问题的深层原因。第五部分基于上述分析，针对本科生导师制实施方案中关键 环节提出优化策略。 关键词：导师制，本科生导师制，优化 I ABSTRACT According to the current development trend in higher education in China, undergraduate tutorial system will be an important trend in the development of undergraduate education model. Because of making the teaching and educating specific, systematic, the undergraduate tutorial system helps strengthen the ideological education of college students, helps students set personal goals, and helps to improve the overall quality of higher education.
