摘 要 摘 要 改革开放 30 年我国研究生招生制度演变大体可分为三个阶段。改革开放初期研究 生招生制度（1978-1985）；调整改革时期的研究生招生制度（1986-1998）；高等教育大 众化阶段的研究生招生制度（1999-2008）。本文从我国研究生招生制度演变的时代特征 入手对改革开放 30 年我国研究生招生制度演变的进程进行梳理，总结研究生招生制度 改革的历史经验，更有针对性地对我国研究生招生制度进行深层次的思考，不断探索建 立适合我国国情的创新型人才招生选拔机制。 关键词 改革开放 研究生教育 招生制度 I Abstract Abstract Since the application of the reform and open policy 30 year ago, the evolution of our country’s graduate student enrollment system may be divided into three stages roughly: the graduate student enrollment system at the initial period of reform and open policy (1978-1985), the graduate student enrollment system at adjust and reform time (1986-1998), and the graduate student enrollment system at the popularity stage of higher education (1999-2008). Based on the period characteristics of the evolution of our country’s graduate student enrollment system, this article combs the process of the evolution of our country’s graduate student enrollment system since the application of the reform and open policy 30 year ago, summarizes the historical experience of the graduate student enrollment system reform, ponder our country graduate student enrollment system and unceasingly explores the innovational talents selection and enrollment mechanism which suits our national condition.
