高职学生学业生涯规划研究 中文提要 高职学生学业生涯规划研究 ——以苏高职学生为研究对象 中文提要 目前，我国对于学生学业生涯规划的研究起步较晚，应该说现阶段开展的学业生 涯规划活动尚处在起步阶段，特别是对于高职学生学业生涯规划的研究几乎是空白。 本文采用了综合研究法获得了研究结论。通过文献分析法的手段，整理和分析了国内 外学业生涯规划研究的现状及发展趋势，剖析了学业生涯规划发展的内涵、特征、意 义、价值等。运用调查问卷法的方式，了解苏州高等职业技术学校开展学业生涯规划 的具体情况，分析了苏州高等职业技术学校生涯规划活动的开展过程、组织活动、取 得的成效等。通过个案研究法，选择了具有典型性的学业生涯规划案例，进行了具体 分析。吸取已有的较为成熟的研究成果，在此基础上，主要通过实践研究法，研究高 职学生学业生涯规划的内容、方式、组织管理和评估方式，并将研究成果运用的教育 实践中，为改进苏州高等职业技术学校的学业生涯规划提供科学的设计方案。 关键词: 高职学生 学业生涯规划 研究 苏高职学生 作 者:周 晔 指导老师:马忠虎 I Abstract Research on Higher Vocational Students Academic Career Planning Research on Higher Vocational Students Academic Career Planning ——a case study on the students of Suzhou Higher Vocational School Abstract The research on the students’academic career planning in our country started later than that in other countries. In other words, in China, the activities in students ’academic career planning are still at the initial stage recently, especially for those higher vocational students, which is almost blank. In this case study, I used the comprehensive research method to get the result, and you can discover the details in the following. Firstly, sorting out all the material and analyzing the currently situation in academic career planning between domestic and foreign countries students, as well as the developing trend. Thus, the value and the significance of this research could be known. Secondly, in order to obtain the students’ academic career planning in Suzhou Higher Vocational School, I handed out questionnaires, and then, analyzing the students’ activities and development process according to the questionnaires. Thirdly, after the researching common cases, I chose one typical case to analyze, in order to get specific result.
