MUTUAL NON-DISCLOSURE AND NON-USE AGREEMENT 互相保密协议 This Mutual Non-Disclosure and Non-Use Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made effective as of the later of the dates set forth below the signatures of the parties hereto, by and between the undersigned person or entity and Tri Global Energy, LLC, a Texas limited liability company.
