Appraisal on Effect of Guangdong Province’s Environmental Protection Policy Abstract In recent years, the Oceanic economic of Guangdong Province rapid growth, the total marine economy has remained in the country. The marine economy has become more and more important in overall economic and social development, the construction of the marine economy province embarked on a new level. At the same time, Guangdong Ocean increasingly severe environmental problems. To solve the problem of the marine environment, and promote the development of marine economy, marine environmental protection, Guangdong Province, growing awareness of marine environmental policy formulation, enforcement is also growing.
