ABSTRACT:V irtualM anu facturin ( VM ) in virtual entironm ent is the trend of the m anufacturin developm ent tot-
day. Data love is one of the devices in V irtual Reality T echnolo y, and the mi p lementation of the data love is mi -
portant in virtualm anufacturin . Throu h study in the principle and functions of the data love, an interaction con-
trolm odule of data love fit forV irtualM anufacturin is des i ned. Throu h virtual hand m odelin and collectin the
data from data love, the hand esture mapp in betw een the virtual hand and the real hand is realized, and the colli-
sion detection bewt een virtual hand and virtual objects is mi p lemented by usin Boundin Volum e H ierarchy. Resu lt
show s that them odule can mi plem ent them otion m app in from hum an hand to virtual hand and the collision detection
bewt een virtual hand and virtual objects, and it can basically m eet the requ irem ent of virtual m anu facturin sy stem,
and has a certain practicab ility.
