毕业设计(论文) 设计(论文)题目： 镇江某电气有限公司办公楼 智能化设计 所在学院： 自动化与电气工程学院 专 业： 电气工程及其自动化 班 级： 电气**** 学生姓名： *** 指导教师： *** 起讫日期： 2011-03～2011-06 2011 年 06月10日 镇江某电气有限公司办公楼智能化设计 摘要 本办公楼为二类建筑，用途以办公为主。本次智能化设计包括：安全防范系统、综合布线系统、火灾自动报警与消防联动控制系统和BAS建筑设备监控系统。安全防范系统，采用先进的数字式监控技术，建立以出入口控制系统、视频监控系统、入侵报警系统、电子巡查系统和停车场管理系统为一体的综合防范系统。综合布线系统采用六类非屏蔽水平配线系统和多模光纤数据主干系统结合设计，技术成熟领先、质量可靠。火灾报警系统形式为集中报警系统，消防控制室一楼。采用柏斯顿公司（BESTON）的最新一代IBS-5000建筑设备监控系统。 本次设计是根据团队设计提供的平面图、立面图等及积极听取组内成员的意见，参照智能化设计相关规范的基础上完成的。 BAS建筑设备监控系统The Design of Intelligent System of Zhenjiang Tai-lai Electric Co. Ltd Office Building Abstract The office building is II construction, using for office mainly. The intelligent systems of this design include：security guard system, integrated wiring system, automatic fire alarm and fire linkage control system and BAS building automation system. security guard system,using advanced digital monitoring technology, establishes comprehensive prevention systems with gateway control systems, video monitoring system, intruder alarm system, guard tour system and parking management system for the integration.Integrated wiring system uses the design combine Cat6 UTP horizontal distribution system and multimode fiber data backbone system. The technology is mature and leading-edge while the quality is reliable. The form of fire alarm system is centralized alarm system, and fire control room is in the first floor. BAS uses BESTON latest generation IBS-5000 building automation system. The design is completed based on according to the plan and elevation provided by the team, listening to the members’ opinions in the team actively, referring to relevant intelligent design specifications.
