本科生毕业论文 城市交通物流基础设施研究 物流园区选址分析 姓 名 田源 学 号 20104170103 专 业 物流管理 指导教师 潘勇 教授 2014年5月24日 摘 要 21世纪以来，世界范围内的现代物流业发展迅速。其中，物流园区的规划 和建设是助推现代物流发展的重要因素，科学的选址和全面的布局是物流园区规 划过程中重要的一环。物流园区科学的规划和快速的发展不仅在现代物流业的发 展中起到推动作用，同时在地区经济发展方面也起到重要作用。 目前，我国有关物流园区的规划研究仍然处于探索阶段，仍未形成系统的研 究方法。本论文结合中外现代物流业发展经验和学术理论，对物流园区的研究方 法及布局选址原则等相关问题进行科学的研究。 本论文的主要内容如下：对物流园区的概念、功能及发展史进行基本论述， 基本阐述物流园区与城市间的关系，明确选址原则，运用层次分析法、重心分析 法及整数规划原理对物流园区选址相关概念进行较全面的科学分析和论述。通过 对物流园区选址实例分析，较全面分析物流园区在物流系统中的作用。总结物流 园区选址相关方法，并对物流园区选址的影响因为作了较深入的研究。 关键词：物流园区；选址因素；选址方法 I Abstract Abstract AAbbssttrraacctt Since the 21st century, the modern logistics industry has developed quickly worldwide. And the planning and construction of the logistics park is an important factor in boosting the development of modern logistics. Scientific and comprehensive layout of the site plays a rather important role in the logistics park planning. The scientific planning and rapid development of logistics parks not only helps to promote the development of modern logistics industry, but also play an important role in regional economicdevelopment. By far, the research concerning the logistics park planning in China still remains at an exploratory stage. And the systematical theory has not yet formed.
