节薂蚈羅膈薁螀膁肄薁袃 水泥磨主电机稀油站控制系统设计 摘 要 随着科学技术的发展，人们对生产设备的稳定性，高效性，低成本性要求也越来越高。水泥磨主电机稀油站肩负着主电机的润滑和温控的重担，以确保主电机始终处在一个适宜的条件下运转。本设计要求控制系统能够完成对稀油站的控制功能，包含温度的控制、油压的控制、主电机的启停等。本设计首先介绍了水泥磨主电机稀油站的工艺过程，分析了控制系统国内外的发展现状；根据稀油站的工艺流程设计了整体控制方案；其次进行控制系统的硬件选型、控制柜设计、接线设计和PLC软件设计；最后应用MCGSE组态软件对稀油站的运行全过程进行了监控画面的设计，建立了设备操作画面、设备状态监视画面满足设计指标要求。本设计实现了对水泥磨主电机稀油站控制系统的控制，对于确保水泥生产能安全有效的进行具有重大的现实意义。 关键词：稀油站，PLC，控制柜，组态 Design of Control System for The Lubricating Station of Main Motor of Cement Mill ABSTRACT With the development of science and technology, people stability, high efficiency, low cost production equipment requirements are also increasing. Cement mill main motor lubrication oil station shouldering the main motor lubrication and temperature of the burden in order to ensure that the main motor is always in proper conditions next operation. This design requires the control system to complete the lubrication oil station control functions including control of the temperature, oil pressure control, start and stop the main motor, require mapping and wiring design design includes control cabinet, the need to use professional graphics software AUTOCAD and Visio, as well as system design procedures for the preparation and system configuration. The design of the system through the computer and PLC monitoring and control, PLC to communicate with the computer, PLC selection data Siemens S7-200, PLC system collected for analysis, and instructions issued by the appropriate action to control the system, the computer system set by state of the real-time monitoring system, complete control system functioning ministries.
