Abnormal sound of automobile is a reminder of the car fails, in order to safe driving our, so more attention should be paid to fault diagnosis and maintenance of automobile sound abnormal. 本文对造成汽车声响异常的原因进行了分析，阐述了汽车异响的部位、异响的分类和异响的诊断方法。其中主要原因有发动机异常引起和底盘异常引起的。通过对汽车异响故障的分析，我掌握了发动机冷热态敲缸的故障、曲轴异响的故障、活塞环异响的故障、盘式制动器异响的故障和离合器异响的排除方法。同时本文还对汽车异响的故障案例进行了分析，例如：帕萨特B5轿车新车保养后发动机异响的故障案例分析和夏利7100型轿车车辆大修后，发动机运转时气缸内有异响的故障案例分析等。通过本文我更好的了解了汽车的一些异响的故障与排除，增加了自己维修检测的操作能力。 This paper first describes the diagnostic method of classification and abnormal sound of automobile abnormal sound position, abnormal sound, the focus is on the analysis of fault causes of automobile noise, there is mainly caused by abnormal abnormal engine and chassis.
