新国际分工模式下我国制造业的产业集聚 摘要 随着技术的进步和全球经济一体化的不断深化，国际分工出现了新的动向，专业化分工从产业间、产 业内深化剑产品内部，并得到了前所朱有的发展，成为近年来国内外理论界普遍关注的重要经济现象之一。 20世纪80年代，我国制造业参与国际分工以“三来一补”等形式起步，在较短的时间扩展到整个沿 海地区。到90年代，简单的来料加工、来样定制和来件装配发展为整个生产过程的“代工”(oEM)，垂 直专业化分工程度逐步提高。 产业集聚是我国90年代中后期出现的另一重要经济现象。我国制造业参与国际分工程度不断深化的 同时，产业集聚程度似乎也日趋提高，这一围绕某地理区域为中心，产业内部各价值链活动即竞争又合作 的新的产业组织方式，正日益成为我国众多地区经济发展的重要模式。 本文基于相关领域理论成果，引入定量分析方法，试侧重研究： 1．我国制造业各个行业参与国际分工的程度； 2．我国制造业目标行业的地理集中程度指数； 3．基于以上研究，检验两者之间的关系。 本文试图在以下三方面有所创新： 一是尝试性的从行业的角度分析我国产业集聚的现象与参与国际分工之间的相关关系； 二是基于国内同类研究计算我国典型制造业行业的地理集中指数(CR指数)； 三是在分析方法上综合运用描述性统计指标、计量模型实证分析等多方面论证本文的论题。 关键词：产品内分工垂直专业化制造业产业集聚 Abstract Withthe ofthe and trendis inthe globalizationtechnologicalinnovation，newarising development internationaldivisionoflabor are inthevertical divertfrom theory．Theregreatprogresses speciMizafion，which the divisiontothe moreandmoreattentionofvariousscholars． intra-industry intra-productdivision，attracting Inthe1 manufacture intheinternationaldivisionintheformofinitial 980’S，China’s industryparticipated then tothewholecoastalarea．Inthe of inashorttimethe 1990’S，the processingtrade，and paRemspread process OEM and theinitial thelevelofvertical gotgreatdevelopmentsupersede processingtrade，enhancing specialization． isanother economic inthelate1990’S．Itseems Meanwhile，industrialagglomerationimportant phenomenon thatthe towhichourmanufacture intheinternationaldivisionisrelatedtothe of industry
