Departm ent of Immunol ogy, Schoo l ofM edical Science and aboratory M edicine, Jiangsu University, Zhenjiang Jiangsu 212013, China) [Abstract] Objective: To establish a m ethod of realtmi e fluorescence quantitative PCR for detecting I 9 mRNA in human peripheral bloodmononuclear cell ( PBMC), and investigate the relationship between the expression of I 9 and allergic rhinitis (AR). ethods: ThemRNA levels of I 9 in PBMC were de term ined by quantitative realtmi e PCR ( QRTPCR), and detected the concentrations of I 9 in plasma by enzyme linked mi munosorbent assay (E ISA) in 49 patients, including 30 untreated AR patients and 19 patients in recovering phase, and 30 healthy control volunteers. Results: I 9mRNA expr
