浙江省人口对住房需求的影响 摘要：随着社会经济的发展，人们生活水平日益提高，对住房需求也越来越迫切，然而在当今社会住房需求成为了最尖锐，最矛盾的问题之一。本文是从人口因素这个角度来展开分析，基于1996—2009年浙江省人口规模和人口结构的数据，利用统计软件进行描述性分析，建立多元回归模型,以及预测浙江省2010—2020年的住房需求量。结果示不显同的人口规模和人口结构在一定的程度上对住房需求具有重要影响。 关键词：住房需求；人口因素；回归模型；预测 Effect of Zhejiang population on housing demand Abstract: With the development of social economics and improvement of the people’s living, the housing demand is becoming more and more urgent. however, housing demand is one of the acutest contradiction in the society.
