This paper focuses on the core concepts of lean production theory, value chain theory, cost control theory and field improvement theory. Using the theory to guide practice, it has studied the CA enterprise production cost reduction, and summarizes the approaches and methods based on the model of technology improvement. During the production practice research of CA enterprise, through the enterprise cost structure analysis, pointing at the human cost, it has synthesized production operation causes, process and results to improve the scheme. Through the improved scheme, it changes the current operation mode and process, improves the production efficiency and product quality to achieve the purpose of cost reduction, and at the same time, makes effect evaluation.
