Krashens input hypothesis draws Language Schools’ attention for the first time. He proposes a “comprehensive input” concept. The basic formula of the concept is i +1. Krashen and Terrell (The input hypothesis has four aspects) Comprehensive input theory is related to acquisition, rather than learning. Acquisition is completed by understanding a little beyond the existing knowledge of the language. (requiring the help of context and non-verbal information) When communication is successful, when the input can be understood, naturally a comprehensible input appears.
