摘 要 作为化工毕业生，我们应该较为系统掌握化工设计的基本程序和方法，使我们在查阅技术资料，迅速进行工程计算，用简洁的文字、清晰的图表表达自己设计结果等方面的能力有所提高。这就是本次设计的目的。 这次设计，主要是进行甲醇合成和精馏工段的物料和热量衡算。进行物料衡算时，理论依据是物料平衡方程。但具体计算时，由于副反应较多，而且有些副反应的生产量不确定，所以在计算过程中引用了一些经验计算公式、做了一些近似处理。进行热量衡算的理论依据是热量平衡式，在计算时有些物质的准确比热和汽化热很难找到，所以用了近似计算值或是经验值。本次设计虽然作了不少近似计算，引用了一些经验值，但是都是严格按照有关文献资料进行的，所以设计结果达到预期效果。 通过这次设计使我认识到做设计计算时一定要严谨求实，同时是我觉得自己在综合所学相关知识进行化工设计、迅速进行工程计算等方面发展空间很大，有待于提高。 关键词：甲醇合成；物料衡算；热量衡算 Abstract As a chemical graduates, we should be more systematically mastered the basic chemical engineering design procedures and methods, access to technical information to enable us to quickly carry out engineering calculations, using simple language, clear expression of their own design charts results of capacity increased.
