基于EPR的再制造中的战略决策和合作机制研究.doc

南京航天航天大学硕士学位论文摘要　随着工业的发展和人口的增长，越来越多的固体废弃物的产生给人类的经济发展和环境保护带来了严重的问题。生产者责任延伸政策被认为是解决这一问题的重要途径。然而，再制造的实施使得企业既完成生产者责任又获取利益，是解决生产者责任延伸、发展循环经济的最佳方式。本文在充分借鉴前人有关研究成果的基础上，从企业的角度出发，以闭环供应链的全局视角，在EPR背景下，运用博弈论的研究方法研究了再制造系统的战略决策问题，并利用逆向选择理论设计了再制造系统中的合作机制。首先，本文在竞争环境下，分析了再制造成本因素对于OEM再制造战略决策的影响。同时，本文引入了政府征收的企业生产责任延伸费用作为外生变量，基于EPR理论研究了政府收费对于OEM再制造决策的影响。结果表明，OEM与第三方再制造商合作的模式是实现闭环供应链中利益的最大化的最佳模式。所以，本文运用逆向选择理论研究了再制造生产授权的合作模式，设计了再制造系统中的合作机制。然后，根据模型的分析，以电子行业为例，结合电子产品行业的特点，本文针对OEM、第三方再制造商及政府提出了对策和建议。最后，结论部分对本文的研究工作进行总结，提出有待进一步研究的问题。关键词：生产者责任延伸，再制造战略，竞争，合作I基于EPR的再制造中的战略决策与合作机制研究AbstractWithindustrydevelopmentandpopulationgrowth,theproductionofmoreandmoresolidwastebroughtseriousproblemstoeconomicdevelopmentandenvironmentprotection.Inthisposition,extendedproducerresponsibilityhasbeenconsideredtotheimportantmethodthatcouldsolvethisproblem.Remanufacturednotonlycanextendproducerresponsibility,andalsocanmakeproduceracquirebenefits,soitisthebestpathofsolvingtheproblemoftheextendedproducerresponsibilityandthecycleeconomydevelopment.Basedontheprospectofthecompanyandtheoverallclosed-loopsupplychain,thethesisresearchedthestrategicoftheremanufacturingsystemonthebackgroundofEPR,andthendesignedthecooperationmechanismoftheremanufacturingsystem.Firstly,thisthesisanalyzedtheeffectofremanufacturingcostsonOEM’sremanufacturingStrategic,consideringthecompetitiveenvironment.Meanwhile,thisthesisledinthegovernmentfeesofEPRasexogenousvariable,studiedtheInfluenceofthegovernmentfeestoOEM’sremanufacturingStrategic.TheresultsshowedthatthecooperationbetweentheOEMandthethird-partyremanufactureristhebestmethodofmaximizingthebenefitofClosed-loopSupplyChain.Therefore,thisthesisresearchedtheauthorizationofremanufacturingusingtheadversechoicetheoryandgavethecooperationmechanism.Ascaseofelectricalindustry,basedontheanalysisofthemodels,thethesiscombinedtheindustrycharacteristicofelectrical,advancessomecountermeasuresandsuggestionsforOEM,third-partyremanufacturerandgovernment.Finally,themainachievementgainedinthethesisandtheprob
