南京机电职业技术学院 毕 业 设 计(论 文) 题目 智能化住宅与监控系统 系部 自动化工程系 专业 电气自动化 姓名 叶鑫 学号 G1110743 指导教师 武 建 卫 2013年 12 月 12 日 摘要 随着改革开放的不断深入，社会经济的发展，科学技术的不断进步与信息技术应用的不断普及，人们对自己住宅的关注已不再仅仅局限于居室面积、周边自然环境、交通等方面，而是把更多的兴趣和注意力放在与外界沟通、信息服务、安全防范、物业管理等方面，正是为了适应这种社会需求，促进了智能化住宅与智能化小区的建设。并由此促成了一个新兴的产业——小区物业智能化管理的发展。小区物业管理是20世纪90年代诞生的新兴产业，它是改革开放、经济发展的产物。随着信息技术的发展，智能化管理已延伸到各个行业。小区实现智能化管理成了社会发展的必然。而为了确保小区的智能独立性，防雷接地装置就尤为重要了。 关键词：信息技术；智能化小区；独立性；防雷接地 Abstract Along with the deepening of the reform and opening up, the development of social economy, the progress of science and technology and the expansion of the application of information technology concerns about their house is no longer confined to the bedroom area, the surrounding natural environment, traffic, etc., but put more interest and attention in communication with the outside world, information services, security, property management, etc., it is in order to adapt to the social demand, promoting the construction of the intelligent housing and intelligent community.
