织物热转印材料及其工艺参数控制研究.docVIP

摘 要 针对印刷新技术在织物热转移印刷领域的应用和人们对于个性化印刷的需求，热转印这一传统工艺又重获生机，同时目前织物热转印工艺参数的设定以及织物材料的选择没有统一的标准可作参考这一现实情况，本文通过设计多因素、多水平的正交实验，研究了热转印温度、时间和压力等工艺参数对于染料转移量、织物印刷效果的影响，以及针对不同的织物材料合理选择热转印方式。通过数据分析获得最优工艺方案，为热转印实际操作提供一定的参考依据。 分析结果表明：转印温度、时间和压力都需要设定在合适值才能得到良好的印刷图像效果，同时热升华型织物热转印适合于化纤织物，热熔胶型织物热转印适合于纯棉织物。 关键词：织物热转移印刷；工艺参数；织物材料；染料转移量 Abstract According to the use of new technology in the heat transfer printing on fabric and people’s need for personalized printing, thermal transfer, this traditional process regains new vitality in the printing field.
