摘 要 财务分析是以会计报表资料为依据，是通过运用一系列专门的分析技术和方法，对企业的资产负债表、利润表、现金流量表和有关的盈利能力、偿债能力、营运能力、发展能力进行分析与评价。通过财务分析，可以发现企业经营管理中存在的问题，并能为企业的经营决策提供参考依据。 本文从财务分析的内涵入手，对森马服饰三年的财务报表进行分析，研究其财务现状，并对森马服饰的财务指标进行分析，评价并提出相应的建议。 关键词： 财务报表，财务状况，财务分析 ABSTRACT Financial analysis is based on accounting information, through the use of a special line of analysis techniques and methods, on corporate balance sheets, income statement, cash flow statement and related to solvency, profitability, viability and development of analysis and evaluation. Through financial analysis can discover problems existi
