编号 淮安信息职业技术学院 毕业论文 题 目 卡罗拉发动机排放系统检测与分析 学生姓名 高强 学 号 院 系 汽车工程系 专 业 汽车电子技术 班 级 811111 指导教师 施海凤 讲师 顾问教师 二〇一三年十一月摘 要 汽车发动机在运行的过程中会排放出大量的污染物，对环境造成危害，发动机排放控制系统就由此产生。但是由于各种零部件的故障导致发动机排放控制系统故障率相对较高，使之不能正常工作。 汽车上常见的减少排放污染的装置有：三元催化器、燃油蒸发控制系统、曲轴箱强制通风系统等。其中，三元催化器直接安装在排放管道上，排气中的HC、CO、NOX经过催化反应后生成二氧化碳和水气体排入大气；曲轴箱强制通风系统的工作原理由曲轴箱强制通风阀控制，它可将窜入曲轴箱的废气重新引入气缸燃烧。 本文简单介绍了卡罗拉发动机总体结构，工作原理及排放控制系统的概述，重点介绍了卡罗拉发动机排放控制系统的组成、结构原理，详细分析了卡罗拉轿车发动机排放控制系统的检测过程，最后结合具体的故障实例分析了卡罗拉轿车发动机排放控制系统的故障排除。 关键词：卡罗拉轿车；发动机排放控制系统；结构原理 Abstract Automobile engine in the process of running emits large amounts of pollutants, damage to the environment, the resulting engine emission control system.
