华策影视文化贸易竞争现状与对策分析 摘 要 从世界范围来看，随着信息时代和知识经济的到来，文化贸易已成为国际贸易的重要组成部分。但中国影视文化贸易长期存在逆差。通过与美国等世界影视贸易大国进行对比， 初步探讨了中国影视文化贸易逆差的原因。对中国如何发展影视文化贸易，扩大中国影视产品出口，分别从政府和影视文化产业的角度提出了相应的对策建议。 我国影视文化贸易仍处于逆差地位，但近年来影视文化产业表现出前所未有的活跃景象，势头正劲，不可抵挡。从现状来看，存在的主要问题有: 贸易逆差巨大，影视产品类型及进出口国家过分集中，影视产业地位虽有所转变，但占世界份额小等，本文以华策影视为例，通过分析以上问题产生的原因，提出一些有效的解决措施，为我国影视产业发展提供一点思路。电视剧仍是公司的主要利润来源，电影业务仍在探索期投资衍生行业，开拓公司业务新路线公司通过参股控股的方式尝试了四个新的方向：影院、文化基地、电商以及新媒体版权分销。其中影院及新媒体版权分销的盈利模式较为确定，而文化基地及电商如何与公司形成业务协作还需要不断探索。海宁国际合作试验区有望成为公司未来新的增长点。该合作区将搭建以出口为导向的影视剧创作、生产、产品译制平台。我们预计，未来有望获得有关国际合作的产业优惠政策，突破目前影视行业国际合作上的障碍。目前，公司已成立开发公司，负责基地区块的项目策划等活动，并筹备建立国家电视剧版权交易中心、国际译制中心。 关键词：影视文化产品；贸易逆差；国际竞争力 Analysis on the current China’s Movie TV cultural trade Abstract From the worldwide view, with the arrival of information age and knowledge economy, cultural trade hasalready become an important part of international trade1 However, China has suffered a deficit in Movie TV trade for along time1 Comparing with the leading Movie TV trade countries in the world such as America, this paper takes a pr- imary exploration on the reasonswhy China has suffered an adverse balance of trade in Movie TV trade for such a longtime1 Finally, this paper proposes some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions about how to develop China. sMovie TV trade and how to expand its export volume, from the perspectives of the government and the MovieTV industry respectively. China’s trade of films and tv is still in deficit, but in recent years, film and tv industry has shown a more active phenomenon. In the present situation there exist main problems.
