摘 要 采用乙烯直接氧化法对年产2000吨环氧乙烷的装置进行初步的工艺设计。主要对环氧乙烷的氧化反应器进行了工艺和设备尺寸的参数优化。 简介了直接氧化法合成环氧乙烷的方法及反应原理。根据设计条件和要求，通过物料恒算、热量恒算及其他工艺计算设计出年产2000吨环氧乙烷的固定床反应器，并确定反应器的选型和尺寸，计算压降，催化剂用量等，设计出符合要求的反应器。 关键词 ：环氧乙烷；固定床反应器；设计计算 Abstract This design presents a preliminary process of EO unit that uses the direct oxidation of ethylene, calling production of 2000 tons EO every year.
