HoweverJurisMasterprogramisntmatureandperfectenoughbecauseitis putintoeffectonlyfornineyears.NowadaysJurisMasterprogramdoesntrealize theoriginalgoal.Inotherwords,itdoesntreceivethoroughacceptanceofthewhole society.Thereforeinthisarticle,Idefinitelypresentthemeaning,educationalgoal, practicalpattern,andthenecessityofJurisMaterprogram.Andthrough summarizingsuccessfulexperiencesofJurisDoctorprograminAmericaandlegal programinTaiwanDistrict,IgeneralizecurrentsituationofJurisMasterprogram.
