郑州大学西亚斯国际学院 本科毕业论文（设计） 题 目 提高大学体育教学有效性 的策略研究 指导教师 XXX 职称 讲师 学生姓名 XXX 学号 22222222222 专 业 体育教育 班级06级体教2班 院 （系） 体育学院 完成时间 2010年3月18日  提高大学体育教学有效性的策略研究 摘 要 大学阶段的体育教育对大学生踏入社会后的体育观念和体育意识有着重要的影响，而大学体育教学的有效性一直是用来反映大学体育教育效果的主要方面。本文主要从目前中国大学体育教学观念，教学方式，以及课堂出现的一些问题入手，分析研究为什么老师教的辛苦，学生学的痛苦，课堂效率难以保障。通过研究提出：首先，我们要以激发学生的运动兴趣和体育热情为前提；其次，要根据学科的特点来制定教学计划、目标，开发出受学生欢迎的体育教学资源来提高体育教学的有效性。整个体育教学的目标应当全面而科学，最大程度的去实现体育教学的有效性，让学生切实学到东西，掌握知识，这需要教师，学生，以及教学资源的共同作用，达到和谐、高效的良性循环。综合一切符合体育教学要求的条件，来完成体育教学有效性的切实提高。 关键词 大学生/体育教学/有效性/策略 To improve the effectiveness of university physical education teaching strategy research ABSTRACT University of education on college students sports stage into social sports concepts and the sports consciousness, and has an important influence on the university sports teaching effectiveness has been used to reflect the effect of college physical education. This article mainly from the current Chinese university sports teaching concepts, teaching methods, and the problems of research, this paper analyzes why the teacher teach students to learn the hard, the pain, to safeguard the classroom efficiency. Through the research: first of all, we must to arouse the students interest in sports and sports enthusiasm for the premise, Secondly, according to the characteristics of the subject to target, teaching plan, develop popular with the students of the sports teaching resources to enhance the effectiveness of sports teaching. The sports teaching goals should be comprehensive and scientific, the greatest degree of physical education teaching effectiveness, lets the student to learn the knowledge, teachers, students, and it needs, and the object of harmonious, efficient, the benign circulation.
