附件1： 学 号： 0121203540104 课 程 设 计 题 目 库存MIS分析与设计 学 院 专 业 班 级 姓 名 指导教师 2015 年 1 月 7 日 摘要 库存MIS是企业管理的重要组成部分。在企业生产经营活动中，库存管理既必须保证生产车间对原材料、零部件需求，又直接影响采购、销售部门的购、销活动。库存管理的产生与发展 20 世纪 40 年代初期，西方经济学家提出了订货点的方法和理论，并将其运用于企业的库存计划管理中。 20 世纪 60 年代中期，APICS （美国生产与库存管理协会）提出了 MRP （物料需求计划）的概念。 MRP 管理软件的信息集成系统对企业“销、产、供”等实现了信息集成，使企业的库存管理得到有效的计划和控制。 到了 80 年代，企业面向市场、通过对整个内部供应链的监控和计划来指导生产，MRPII ( 制造资源计划 )的概念以及相应的软件 应运而生。 它以生产与库存控制的集成方法来解决问题，而不是以库存来弥补或以缓冲时间的方法去补偿。系统运用数据流图对信息进行分析，数据库结构设计对管理信息系统进行设计开发，从而实现管理目标的过程。 1990 年前后，ERP 逐渐取代了 MRP II , ERP 的“管理 ++IT ”满足了动态监控，引入了商务智能，使得以往简单的事物处理系统， 变成了真正具有智能化的管理控制系统。在我国，大多数企业库存管理方法陈旧，工作效率低下，导致库存积压严重，库存成本居高不下。因此，提高我国制造业的库存管理水平，对提高我国企业的整体管理水平及经济效益具有很大的现实意义。但由于基础条件等国情所限制，我国大多数企业很难照搬西方发达国家先进的管理模式和管理方法。所以，对基于我国现状的制造业库存管理模式进行研究和探讨就显得十分迫切和需要。 关键字： 库存MIS 数据流图 数据库设计 Abstract Inventory MIS is an important part of enterprise management. Inventory management in enterprise production and operation activities, both must ensure that the demand for raw materials, spare parts production workshop, and directly influences the procurement, purchase, sales activities of Marketing Department.
