摘要 摘 要 随着我国电力体制改革的逐步深入，NX 供电公司继续沿用传统的人事管理制 度与方法已难以满足NX 供电公司发展对人力资源队伍和人力资源管理体系的建设 要求。因此，对NX 供电公司进行人力资源发展规划研究与设计具有非常强的实践 意义。本文作者以NX 供电公司为研究对象，分析了人力资源环境，盘点了人力资 源队伍和人力资源管理体系现状，根据NX 供电公司发展愿景、规划原则和发展目 标，设计了NX 供电公司人力资源发展规划，并提出了具体的实施安排。本论文的 研究重点在于生产一线技能人员的需求预测与供给补充，人力资源规划方案的提 出，确保了人力资源的动态平衡，这对NX 供电公司实现 “电网坚强、资产优良、 服务优质、业绩优秀”的现代和谐供电公司的宏伟战略目标提供了强有力的人才 支持。 关键词:人力资源规划，供电公司，人力资源管理 I Abstract Abstract With the gradual development of the domestic electric power system, the NX Power Supply Company will not meet the requirements for HR team and HR management system with the traditional HR management methods. Therefore, it can be strongly and applicably meaningful for the NX Power Supply Company to conduct HR development planning study and design. The writer of this essay does the research with NX Power Supply Company as the target, analyzing the environment of HR management, examining the HR managerial team and the current condition. The writer also designs a plan for its HR management and gives specific arrangements for operation according to developmental outlines, principles and aims. The research of the paper mainly focuses on prediction of needs and supplemental supplies of skilled workers at production lines and Human Resources Plan ensures the dynamic equivalence of human resource. This may support the grand strategic objective “a strong power system, assets of high quality, satisfying services and excellent performance” of NX Power Supply Company in terms of HR management.
