Withdocumentreviewingananalysisandevaluationofcityrolesin qualityoflifewasproducedforexamplegeographicsituation,demology characteristics,economicdevelopment,financeandrevenue,business,family incomeandpayout,employment,dwelling,civiladministration,public securityandsocialstability,culturalandphysicaleducation,education environmentalprotection,healthserviceetc. Withquestionnaireconductingatotalof4135subjectsfromofficial administrationdepartments,communities,schools,companiesandfactories, andthosedepartmentsmainlyconsistingoffloatingpopulationweresurveyed.
