重 庆 三 峡 学 院 CHONGQING THREE GORGES UNIVERSITY 《大型程序综合设计》课程论文 论 文 题 目： 学生管理系统摘 要 当今时代是飞速发展的信息时代，各行各业都离不开信息处理，然而，现今有许多高校仍然用手工对宿舍进行管理。而随着办学规模的不断扩大，学生人数越来越多，数据信息处理的工作量也日益增大，这种手工管理存在的弊端就会显现出来，如易出错，出错后不易修改；易丢失数据，而且不易查找等等。为了提高高校的整体管理水平，同时基于计算机在高校宿舍管理的应用也日趋普及，这使得建立学生宿舍管理系统成为必然的选择。针对这种现象设计了一套学生宿舍管理系统，学生宿舍管理系统采用的是计算机化管理，系统做的尽量人性化，使用者会感到操作非常方便，管理人员需要做的就是将数据输入到系统的数据库中去。由于数据库存储容量相当大，而且比较稳定，适合较长时间的保存，也不容易丢失。这无疑是为信息存储量比较大的学校提供了一个方便、快捷的操作方式。 Visual Studio 2010; Access数据库   ABSTRACT The present era is the rapid development of the information age , and all walks of life are inseparable from the information processing, however , today there are many colleges and universities are still using manual management of the hostel . With the continuous expansion of school size , number of students , more and more data processing workload is also increasing , this manual management becomes apparent drawbacks , such as error-prone and difficult to modify the mistakes ; easily lost data , but not easy to find , and so on . In order to improve the overall management of colleges and universities , as well as computer-based applications in a college dormitory management are becoming increasingly popular, which makes the establishment of student hostel management system has become an inevitable choice. In response to this phenomenon has designed a student hostel management system , student hostel management system uses a computerized management system to do as much as possible humane, users will feel the operation is very convenient, managers need to do is to enter data into the system the database. Because the database storage capacity is quite large, and relatively stable for a long time to save , not easily lost . This is undoubtedly provides a convenient and fast mode of operation for the information storage than the larger school.
