When your allowable rights are not satisfied or you feel you are not served properly, you can make comments showing that you are dissatisfied or unhappy, this called complaining. You can make complaints to someone who is responsible. If you are a consumer, you complain to the waiter, the manager, etc. Apologizing Apologizing means making a statement to say one is sorry for having done wrong or hurt somebody’s feelings.
