对政府质量的乡村政治发展的生长点研讨 摘要：中国社会是在与西方社会截然不同的历史路径中发展的，有其独特的社会──历史──文化条件，它不可能完成象西方社会那样一个由乡村社会向工业社会的自然转型。从本质上说，中国的现代化进程是外源型的，而非内生的。它要求以政治发展来推动社会发展。也就是说，政府要在乡村发展中扮演主导角色。 关键词：政府质量；乡村政治；生长点 Abstract: The Chinese community in the West with very different historical path of development, has its own unique social ─ ─ ─ ─ historical and cultural conditions, it can not be completed as Western society as a rural society to industrial society natural transition.
