摘 要 随着我国城镇建设大发展，住宅建筑多样化、高层化、集群（小区）化是必然趋势。因此，完整的住宅电气设计是指由用户到小区建筑群所涉及的相关电气设计。需要强调的是，现代住宅电气设计，无论思想、技术、产品选择等诸方面，与传统大相径庭。 本论文主要阐述了某市某小区多层住宅楼的各系统电气设计的设计依据、原则和方法及设计选择的结论。主要包括强电和弱电设计，其中强电包括：住宅用电负荷计算；照明配电平面图设计（包括照明及插座的设计）；配电系统图设计；防雷与重复接地布置图设计；电气设计说明。弱电包括：弱电平面图设计（包括电视、电话、网络、可视对讲的设计）；弱电系统图设计。 关键词：配电系统，照明，负荷，防雷接地，有线电视，电话，网络 Abstract With the great development of Chinas urban construction,it is an inevitable trend for residential building to move towards diversity,high-level,cluster (area).Therefore, the complete residential electrical design refers to all related electrical design from users to the areas covered by buildings. It should be stressed that modern residential electrical design is Very different from the traditional design, regardless of ideology, technology, product selection and other aspects This essay mainly analyzes design basis, principles and methods and conclusions of design options about the electrical design of a multi-storey residential building in a plot, this essay mainly includes the design of strong electricity and weak electricity. Among this essay ,the strong electricity includes: the calculation of residential electricity load; the design of lighting distribution plan ( including lighting and socketsdesign); the design of power distribution system diagram; the arrangement design of lighting and repeat earthing for lightning protection system; the notes about electrical design.The weak electricity contains:the design of weak electric plan (including television, telephone,network and video intercoms design) ; the design of the light electrical system diagram.
