我国保税港区物流发展的探讨 摘 要 经济全球化推动了世界各国经贸发展，港口作为其战略性宝贵资源，在各国经济发展中发挥着举足轻重的作用。为了适应经济一体化进程，我国相继出台了许多针对港口发展的优惠政策。近年来，保税港区在我国作为内地对外开放的最高领域，和国外的自由贸易区相比还存在不少差距。如何依托保税港区发展物流业，是我国各保税港区管理研究机构亟待解决的课题。因此，对我国保税港区物流的研究十分必要。 本文以我国保税港区为研究对象，通过文献检索、比较分析等方法，在我国对外贸易和加工贸易蓬勃发展，国际物流需求巨大的背景下，通过深入学习研究物流相关理论与实际案例，对我国现有保税物流进行通过国内外相似保税的比较，找出我国现存保税物流通过规范分析和实分析，对我国现有保税物流发展提出改进意见 Abstract The economic globalization pushed the world economic and trade development. Port as its strategic precious resources and the economic development is playing a pivotal role of all countries. In order to adapt to the economic integration, our country have issued many ports in the development of policies in recent years. Compared to foreign free trade areas, there are still quite a few gaps in how to depend on the development of the logistics industry free port, as for bonded port area in China mainland as the highest opening to the field, which is our country the bonded port management research institutions urgent subject. Therefore, bonded harbor area of study is very necessary to our country. This paper of bonded port areas in China is the research object, by literature retrieval methods of comparative analysis, Chinas foreign trade and processing trade is experiencing vigorous development. Under international logistics great demand background, through in-depth study the relevant theoretical and actual cases of logistics, our countrys existing bonded port logistics development is discussed; Through the comparison the domestic with foreign similar bonded port, we can find that our countrys problems are existing in the free port logistics; Through the normative analysis and analysis of the practical examples, existing free port logistics development in China offer their suggestions for improvement, on this basis, we can suggest that perfect port and urban planning; Reasonable optimizing the allocation of resources; Sound free port policy and regulations; Improve the management and quality of service solutions.
