鑫源快捷酒店设计 The Design of Xinyuan Economical Hotel 总 计 ：83页 表 格 ：42个 插 图 ：44幅 鑫源快捷酒店设计 The Design of Xinyuan Economical Hotel  鑫源快捷酒店设计 ［摘　要］本工程为南阳市鑫源快捷酒店，共六层。建筑物的总高度为21.90m，总建筑面积4704.24㎡。建筑总体布置大体上为一字形，楼屋盖均采用现浇钢筋混凝土结构。 本工程结构设计采用框架结构，结构计算按横向框架承重分析。在计算过程中，首先进行荷载汇集，然后进行水平荷载作用下的结构内力计算，主要的荷载为地震荷载与风荷载，主要验算层间侧移刚度与水平弹性位移，主要的方法为D值法等。其次计算竖向荷载计算，包括恒载与活载，采用弯矩二次分配法等。在内力计算时，主要计算柱轴力，柱端弯矩与柱端剪力、梁端剪力与弯矩，然后进行内力分析与组合。最后还进行梁柱截面设计、楼板、楼梯、基础等的配筋计算。其中柱按偏压构件算，为保证延性框架要进行“强柱弱梁，强剪弱弯，强节点弱构件”的设计原则，且满足构造要求。 本设计计算结果主要以手算为主，PKPM为辅助演算手算结果。 ［关键字］框架结构；地震作用；D值法；弯矩二次分配法；内力组合；截面设计  The Design of Xinyuan Economical Hotel Civil Engineering Major Chen Mingxing Abstract ：This project of xinyuan economical hotel in Nanyang has six floors in all. The buildings gross altitude is 21.90m, and total floor space is 4704.24㎡.Construction arrangement on the whole general in-line, The ceiling of the building adopts the cast-in-place reinforced concrete structure. The design of this engineering structure uses the portal frame construction, and the structure calculation follows the crosswise frame load-bearing analysis. In the process of calculation , collects the load at first, then calculate the structure endogenic force which acts on the horizontal load, the main load includes the earthquake load and the wind load, the main checking calculation involves the side moves to the rigidity and the level elastic displacement, the main method is the D value approach and so on . Secondly, the calculation of vertical load includes the dead load and the live load, adopts the methods of bending moment secondary allocation and so on. When calculating the endogenic force, the main calculation involves the axis strength, the column end moment and the column end shear, the Liang end shear and the bending moment, then carries on the endogenic force analysis and the combination.
