江苏腾晖电力科技有限公司培训制度 目的/PURPOSE 重视人才和发展人才是公司的核心人才理念。为了提高公司员工的工作技能、知识结构及自我提升能力,公司鼓励员工参加与本岗位工作需要直接相关的公司内外部培训活动,并就员工培训费用管理事宜制定本制度。 Development Focus on Talent is our company’s core Concept. The purpose of training policy is to improve the working skills, knowledge structure and ability of self-improvement for the EE of Talesun. The Company encourage EE to participate Internal External Training activities about their directly related Job. So company’s management will be more smoothly. 应用/适用范围APPLICATION / AFFECTED DEPARTMENTS 全体员工/All Employees 职责/ACCOUNTABILITY 3.1.执行者:培训主管 Executive Sponsor: Training Supervisor 3.2.负责人:人力资源经理 Responsible Individual: HR Manager 流程图/FLOWCHART 程序/PROCEDURE 培训计划: Training Schedule: 每个部门在年初的时候都会拟定培训计划,包括培训项目、培训人员、培训的目的及具体的培训日期。每个部门还应对所有的培训课程编制培训预算。HR会收集各部门的培训计划并整理成当年度的培训计划。此外,HR还会收集相关课程信息提供给相关的部门(供各部门参考),包括课程内容、培训计划及培训费用。 Each department has a training plan which is made in every beginning of the year, included the training subjects, who will be the trainee and the purpose of training and details of the training date. Each department also should make a training budget for the whole training courses. HR gathered all departments’ training plan and make a yearly training schedule and would gather the related course information and distribute to corresponding department, including course content, training schedule and expense. 培训流程: Training Procedure: 申请培训的员工在获得培训信息后,必须填写培训申请表,并获得部门负责人的签字批准。然后,人事部门将保留此培训申请表,以便于跟踪记录和参考。公司将为员工垫付相关培训费用。公司为员工垫付的专业技术培训费用超过一定限额的,公司将要求申请培训员工签署服务期协议。员工应当按照服务期协议的约定完成相应的服务期限。 After getting the information of the training, the applicant should fill a Training Application Form, HOD needs to sign to approve. Thereafter the form will be filed by HR department for tracking and future reference. In Principle, Company will be payment in advance for those Technical Training.
